Is my order confirmed?
Yes. Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation message via email and WhatsApp.
When will the order be shipped?
All orders are shipped within 4–5 business days from the date of confirmation.
How can I track my package?
You will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking link via your registered email ID and WhatsApp once the package is dispatched from our warehouse.
How do I do my payments?
Once your order is placed, we will send our bank details via WhatsApp. You can complete the payment using NEFT, IMPS, or UPI. After payment confirmation, we will process and ship your order.
Can I return or cancel my order after it is shipped?
Unfortunately, due to safety and regulatory restrictions, we do not accept cancellations or returns once the order has been shipped. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
