Cancellation & Refund Policy

When you can cancel, and how a refund is handled. Last updated 6 Aug 2026.

Before dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it dispatches from our warehouse, free of charge. Simply message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned — due to the seasonal and safety-regulated nature of fireworks, this is a legal restriction, not just our own policy. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Refunds for an approved cancellation are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or with an item missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery — we may request a photo or video as proof. We cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund. Complaints raised after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
