Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 4–5 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes a further 7–10 business days depending on your location.

Once your order ships, we send a WhatsApp and email notification with your tracking details.

Fireworks can only be transported by road under specific regulatory conditions, and freight is covered by the customer. We confirm the exact shipping charge with you on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched, along with a copy of the LR (lorry receipt).

Most locations across India are serviceable. Some regions have local restrictions on the sale or transport of fireworks; these are checked automatically against your pincode before you complete checkout. We currently do not ship internationally.

Fireworks are shipped under strict safety and government guidelines. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package, and do not tamper with sealed packages or ignite fireworks indoors.

We pack every order with care. If something arrives damaged or a piece is missing, let us know within 24 hours of delivery — we may ask for a photo or video as proof, and the return shipping for a damaged item is on us.

Please double-check your delivery address and pincode before placing your order. An address can only be changed before your order dispatches — contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Each delivery address needs its own separate order.
